The effect of these Regulations is to remove this restriction in the case of adult females holding responsible positions of a managerial or technical nature. These regulations permit the employment of adult females providing a laboratory quality control service on 8 hour shifts as carried on at the premises of Quigley Magnesite Division, Pfizer Chemical Corporation, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford.
