WORKER PARTICIPATION (BORD NA MONA) (NOMINATION DAY) REGULATIONS, 1981.

I, LIAM KAVANAGH, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 (2) of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977) , hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Worker Participation (Bord na Mona) (Nomination Day) Regulations, 1981.

2. The 20th day of November, 1981, is in relation to the election to be held in 1981 pursuant to the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977) , as regards Bord na Mona, hereby fixed as the nomination day.

These regulations appoint 20th November, 1981 as the day on which the nominations of candidates at an election held under the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 , in Bord na Mona shall be received by the returning officer.
