BALLYVELLY/LOHERCANNAN SPECIAL AMENITY AREA ORDER (REFUSAL OF CONFIRMATION) ORDER, 1982.

The Minister for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 43 (3) of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963 hereby orders as follows:--

1. This Order may be cited as the Ballyvelly/Lohercannan Special Amenity Area Order (Refusal of Confirmation) Order, 1982.

2. The Minister for the Environment refuses to confirm the Order made on the 6th day of July, 1981, by the Tralee Urban District Council being the planning authority for the Urban District of Tralee, in the County of Kerry under the provisions of section 42 of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963 , as amended by section 40 of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1976 .

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to determine that the Ballyvelly/Lohercannan Special Amenity Area Order made on the 6th day of July, 1981 by the planning authority of the Urban District of Tralee shall not be confirmed.
