OIFIG AN ARD-CHLÁRAITHEORA (HOURS OF BUSINESS) (TEMPORARY) REGULATIONS, 1983. |

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 4 of the Vital Statistics and Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act, 1952 (No. 8 of 1952), hereby makes the following Regulations-- |
||

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Oifig An Ard-Chláraitheora (Hours of Business) (Temporary) Regulations, 1983. |
||
|
2. The 5th day of April, 1983, shall be regarded as a public holiday for the purposes of Articles 2 and 3 of the Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora (Hours of Business) Regulations, 1974 ( S.I. No. 112 of 1974 ). |
||

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |

|
These Regulations amend the main Regulations (which specify the days and times that Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora will be open to the public for the purpose of making searches of the indexes) to enable the office to close on Tuesday the 5th of April, 1983. |
