I, MICHAEL NOONAN, Minister for Justice, on the application of the council of the county of Meath and in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Public Health Acts Amendment Act, 1907, hereby, the requirements of subsection (2) of that section having been duly complied with, order as follows: |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Public Health Acts Amendment Act, 1907 (Application of section 82 to County Health District of Meath) Order, 1984. |
||
2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order. |
||
3. Section 82 of the Public Health Acts Amendment Act, 1907 is hereby declared to be in force in the County Health District of Meath. |
||

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
||
This Instrument applies section 82 of the Public Health Acts Amendment Act, 1907, to the County Health District of Meath, thereby enabling the County Council to make bye-laws under the section for the prevention of danger, obstruction or annoyance to persons using the seashore. |
