WORKER PARTICIPATION (BORD NA MÓNA) (NOMINATION DAY) REGULATIONS, 1984.

I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 6 (2) of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977) hereby make the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Worker Participation (Bord na Móna) (Nomination Day) Regulations, 1984.

2. The 16th day of November, 1984, is in relation to the election to be held in 1984 pursuant to the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), as regards Bord na Móna, hereby fixed as the nomination day.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations appoint 16th November, 1984, as the day on which the nominations of candidates at an election held under the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 , in Bord na Móna shall be received by the returning office.
