DONEGAL COUNTY COUNCIL (KNOCKALLA COAST ROAD) SPECIAL AMENITY AREA ORDER (REFUSAL OF CONFIRMATION) ORDER, 1984.

The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 43 (3) of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963 , hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Donegal County Council (Knockalla Coast Road) Special Amenity Area Order (Refusal of Confirmation) Order, 1984.

2. The Minister for the Environment refuses to confirm the Order made on the 14th day of May, 1979, by the Council of the County of Donegal, being the planning authority for the County of Donegal, under the provisions of section 42 of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963 , as amended by section 40 of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1976 .

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to determine that the Donegal County Council (Knockalla Coast Road) Special Amenity Area Order, made on the 14th day of May, 1979, by the planning authority of the County of Donegal, shall not be confirmed.
