NATIONAL SOCIAL SERVICE BOARD (No. 2) REGULATIONS, 1988.

NATIONAL SOCIAL SERVICE BOARD (No. 2) REGULATIONS, 1988.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (7) of section 6 of the National Social Service Board Act, 1984 (No. 2 of 1984), hereby makes the following Regulations:--

1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Social Service Board (No. 2) Regulations, 1988.

2. Article 7 of the National Social Service Board Regulations, 1988 ( S.I. No. 19 of 1988 ), is hereby repealed.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of these Regulations is to repeal a provision varying the number of members of the National Social Service Board, thereby bringing back into operation the original provision in the National Social Service Board Act, 1984 .
