THE VALUATION TRIBUNAL (ESTABLISHMENT) ORDER, 1988.

THE VALUATION TRIBUNAL (ESTABLISHMENT) ORDER, 1988.

I, RAY MACSHARRY, T.D., Minister for Finance, after consultation with the Minister for the Environment, and in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 2 and subsection (8) of section 3 (as modified by the Valuation Act, 1988 (Section 10) Regulation, 1988) of the Valuation Act, 1988 (No. 2 of 1988), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Valuation Tribunal (Establishment) Order, 1988.

2. The Valuation Tribunal shall stand established on the 22nd day of July, 1988, and the provisions of section 3 of the Valuation Act, 1988 , insofar as they relate to the Tribunal, shall come into operation on that date.
