FOWL PEST (INFECTED AREA) ORDER, 1991.

FOWL PEST (INFECTED AREA) ORDER, 1991.

I, JOE WALSH, Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 11 of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ), and delegated to me by the Agriculture and Food (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1990 ( S.I. No. 183 of 1990 ), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Fowl Pest (Infected Area) Order, 1991.

2. The area specified in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a fowl pest infected area for the purposes of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ).

SCHEDULE

That part of Co. Cork comprising--

( a ) the district electoral divisions of Ballynalough, Blackpool, Carrignavar, Glenville, Killeagh, Rathcooney, Riverstown, and Whitechurch;

( b ) the townlands of Ardnodane, Ballygibbon, Ballymartin, Ballynarahan, Blarney, Clogheenmilcon, Curraghnaught, Dawstown, Killowen, Knockcorbally, Monacappa, Shean Lower, and Shean Upper, in the district electoral division of Blarney;

( c ) the townlands of Ballybisteale, Blossomgrove, Brookill, Brooklodge, Brookville, Butlerstown Great, Butlerstown Little, Calehane, Corbally North, Corbally South, and Dunkettle, in the district electoral division of Caherlag;

( d ) the townlands of Bunnaglanna, Carrig, Chimneyfield, Glannasock, Inchinagh, Killeagh, Moneygorm, and Toorgariff, in the district electoral division of Carrig;

( e ) the townlands of Ballyfadeenmore, Ballyvaloon, Garrycloyne, Knocknabealig, and Knocknalyre, in the district electoral division of Greenfort;

( f ) the townlands of Ardaron, Behernagh Lower, Bridestown, Corbally, Glanreagh, Killuntin North, Killuntin South, Lacendaragh Middle, Lacendaragh South, Porduff, and Prapp, in the district electoral division of Kildinan;

( g ) the townlands of Ballfireen, Grenagh North, and Greenagh South, in the district electoral division of Knockanatota;

( h ) the townlands of Ballynagoul, Ballynalagh, Barnetstown, Coolguerisk, Gogginstown, Kilquane, Knockraha West, Meeleen, Mitchelsford, Monaneague, Rathfilod, Rupperagh, and Shanballyreagh, in the district electoral division of Knockraha;

( i ) the townlands of Ballincolly, Ballincrokig, Ballygrohen, Ballyvolane, Clogheen, Gurranabraher Commons, Kilbarry, Killard, Killeens, Knockcullen East, and Knockcullen West, in the district electoral division of St. Mary's;

( j ) the townlands of Ardnageehy East, Ardnageehy West, Bishopsisland, Condonstown North, Condonstown South, Coosane, Meenane, Mountcatherine, Skahanagh North, and Tinnegeragh, in the district electoral division of Watergrasshill.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order declares the area specified in the Schedule to be an infected area for the purposes of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ).
