FINANCE (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) (NO. 2) ORDER, 1992.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Finance and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2 (1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1977 (No. 28 of 1977) hereby order as follows:

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Finance (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2), Order, 1992.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1992.

2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Finance conferred on him by or under the Acts specified in Part I of the Schedule to this Order and by the Regulations specified in Part II of the said schedule are hereby delegated to Noel Treacy, Minister of State at the Department of Finance.

Whale Fisheries Act, 1937 (No. 4 of 1937)

European Communities ( Wildlife Act, 1976 ) (Amendment) Regulations, 1986 ( S.I. No. 254 of 1986 ).

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
