COURTS-MARTIAL (LEGAL AID) REGULATIONS, 1993.

I, DAVID ANDREWS, Minister for Defence, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 33 of the Courts-Martial Appeals Act, 1983 (No. 19 of 1983), and with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby make the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Courts-Martial (Legal Aid) Regulations, 1993.

2. In these Regulations "the Regulations of 1991" means the Courts-Martial (Legal Aid) Regulations, 1991 ( S.I. No. 210 of 1991 ).

3. The Courts-Martial (Legal Aid) Regulations, 1986, ( S.I. No. 425 of 1986 ), are hereby amended with effect from the 1st day of January, 1992--

( a ) by the substitution in Regulation 12 (2) (a) of "£111.68" for "£108.44" (inserted by the Regulations of 1991) and of "£49.68" for "£48.24" (inserted by the Regulations of 1991);

( b ) by the substitution in Regulation 14 of "£28.95" for "£28.11" (inserted by the Regulations of 1991).
