S.I. No. 191/1994:

HEALTH INSURANCE ACT, 1994 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1994.

HEALTH INSURANCE ACT, 1994 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1994.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1 of the Health Insurance Act, 1994 (No. 16 of 1994) hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Health Insurance Act, 1994 (Commencement) Order, 1994.

2. Sections 1 to 11, 12 (4), 12 (5), 13 to 16 and 18 shall come into operation on the first day of July, 1994.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health, this 1st day of July, 1994.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings into operation certain provisions of the Health Insurance Act, 1994 .
