NATIONAL MILK AGENCY (MEMBERS) REGULATION, 1995.

I, IVAN YATES, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of, and the Schedule to, the Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act, 1994 (No. 25 of 1994) hereby make the following Regulation:

1. The appropriate number of ordinary members of the Agency shall be as follows:

( a ) representing the interests of consumers -- one;

( b ) representing the interests of retailers -- one;

( c ) representing the interests of distributors -- one;

( d ) representing the interests of processors -- four;

( e ) representing the interests of producers -- five.

2. This Regulation may be cited as the National Milk Agency (Members) Regulation, 1995.
