The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 14 of the Building Control Act, 1990 (No. 3 of 1990), hereby orders as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Building Regulations Advisory Body Order, 1995 (Amendment) Order, 1996. |
||
|
2. The Schedule to the Building Regulations Advisory Body Order, 1995, ( S.I. No. 190 of 1995 ) is hereby amended by the substitution of "Michael McCarthy" for "Michael O'Connell". |
||
