		S.I. No. 197/1996: CIVIL SERVICE REGULATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1996 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1996.
		CIVIL SERVICE REGULATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1996 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1996.
		I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the power conferred on me by subsection (3) of section 2 of the Civil Service Regulation (Amendment) Act, 1996 (No. 13 of 1996), hereby order as follows:
		1. This Order may be cited as the Civil Service Regulation (Amendment) Act, 1996 (Commencement) Order, 1996.
		2. The 25th day of June, 1996, is hereby appointed as the day on which section 1 of the Civil Service Regulation (Amendment) Act, 1996 (No. 13 of 1996), shall come into operation.
