AIR NAVIGATION AND TRANSPORT (APPLICATION OF REGULATIONS TO STATE AIRCRAFT) (GOVERNMENT) ORDER, 1997. |

The Government |
||
( a ) in pursuance of section 3 (2) of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1936 (No. 40 of 1936), hereby directs that-- |
||
(i) Section 60 of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1936 (as amended by the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1988 (No. 15 of 1988)), and |
||
(ii) any regulations made under that section, to the extent that those regulations so provide, |
||
shall apply to State Aircraft, and |
||
( b ) in pursuance of section 6 (b) of that Act, authorises the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications to make regulations for carrying out the purposes of this Order. |
||
This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation and Transport (Application of Regulations to State Aircraft) (Government) Order, 1997. |
||
