The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 55 (1) of the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 (No. 15 of 1994), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 (Section 55 (1)) Order, 1997. |
||
|
2. The Republic of Benin, the Republic of Estonia and the Republic of Kazakhstan are hereby designated for the purposes of section 55 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 (No. 15 of 1994). |
||
