AQUACULTURE LICENCES APPEALS BOARD (ESTABLISHMENT) ORDER, 1998.

AQUACULTURE LICENCES APPEALS BOARD (ESTABLISHMENT) ORDER, 1998.

I, MICHAEL WOODS, Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 22 (1) of the Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1997 (No. 23 of 1997) (as adapted by the Marine (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1997 ( S.I. No. 301 of 1997 )), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Aquaculture Licences Appeals Board (Establishment) Order, 1998.

2. The 17th day of June, 1998, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Aquaculture Licences Appeals Board shall be established.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 16th day of June, 1998.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order establishes the Aquaculture Licences Appeals Board on 17 June, 1998.
