The Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 44 of the Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act, 1998 ( No. 29 of 1998 ), hereby orders as follows. |
||||||||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act, 1998 (Part IV) (Commencement) Order, 1999. |
||||||||
|
2. The 5th day of July 1999, is hereby appointed as the day on which Part IV (other than subsection (7) of section 50) of the Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act, 1998 (No. 29 of 1998) , shall come into operation. |
