I, John O'Donoghue, T.D., Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 45(1) of No. 11 of 1997 ), hereby order as follows:
1.This Order may be cited as the National Cultural Institutions Act 1997 (Amendment to Second Schedule) Order 2002.
2. The National Cultural Institutions Act 1997 is amended by substituting the following for the Second Schedule:
