I, CHARLIE McCREEVY, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 of the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland Act 2003 ( No. 12 of 2003 ), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland Act 2003 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) (No. 2) Order 2003. 2. The 4th day of June 2003 is fixed as the day on which section 14 (insofar as it relates to section 19(2) to (5) of the Central Bank Act 1942 ) of the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland Act 2003 ( No. 12 of 2003 ) comes into operation. |
