I Joe Walsh, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 39 and 63 of No. 8 of 1988 ) hereby make the following Regulations-- 1. These Regu0ations may be cited as the Abattoirs Act 1988 (Veterinary Examination) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2003. 2. The Abattoirs Act 1988 (Veterinary Examination) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 ( S.I. No. 153 of 2003 ) and the Abattoirs Act 1988 (Veterinary Examination) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2003 ( S.I. No. 182 of 2003 ) are revoked. |
