ANIMAL REMEDIES CONSULTATIVE COMMITTEE (PRESCRIBED ORGANISATIONS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2004.

I, JOE WALSH, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3(2) of the Animal Remedies Act 1993 (No. 23 of 1993), hereby make the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Animal Remedies Consultative Committee (Prescribed Organisations) (Amendment) Regulations 2004.

2. The Animal Remedies Consultative Committee (Prescribed Organisations) Regulations 1994 ( S.I. No. 175 of 1994 ) are amended as follows:

(a) in Regulation 3, by--

(i) substituting for paragraph (b) the following:

“(b) Animal and Plant Health Association.”,

and

(ii) substituting for paragraph (g) the following:

“(g) Veterinary Ireland.”,

and

(iii) deleting paragraph (h),

and

(b) in Regulation 5, by substituting for paragraph (c) the following:

“(c) An Bord Bia.”.
