		I, Mary Hanafin T.D., Minister for Education and Science, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Teaching Council Act 2001 (No. 8 of 2001), hereby order as follows: 1.  This Order may be cited as the Teaching Council Act 2001 (Establishment Day) Order 2006. 2.  The 28th day of March 2006 is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of section 3 of the Teaching Council Act 2001 (No. 8 of 2001).
