		ORDER
		entitled
		Civil Service Regulation Act 1956 (Section 1A) (Revenue Commissioners) Order 2006.
		The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 1A (inserted by section 5 of the Civil Service Regulation (Amendment) Act 2005 (No. 18 of 2005)) of the Civil Service Regulation Act 1956 (No. 46 of 1956), hereby order as follows: 1.      This Order may be cited as the Civil Service Regulation Act 1956 (Section 1A) (Revenue Commissioners) Order 2006. 2.      The person for the time being holding the office of Chairman of the Revenue Commissioners is designated to be the Head of the Office of the Revenue Commissioners for the purposes of the Civil Service Regulation Act 1956 .
