APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADVISER (DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND SCIENCE) ORDER, 2007. |

WHEREAS the Minister for Education and Science has made a request to the Government under Section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997): |

NOW the GOVERNMENT, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act, 1997 hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Department of Education and Science) Order 2007. |
||
|
2. The Government hereby appoints the person specified in the schedule to this Order as Special Adviser to the Minister for Education and Science with effect from 14th June, 2007. |
||
