HEPATITIS C COMPENSATION TRIBUNAL (AMENDMENT) ACT 2006 (ESTABLISHMENT DAY) ORDER 2007

I, MARY HARNEY, Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7(11) of the Hepatitis C Compensation Tribunal Act 1997 (No. 34 of 1997) (as inserted by Section 3 of the Hepatitis C Compensation Tribunal (Amendment) Act, 2006 (No. 22 of 2006)) hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Hepatitis C Compensation Tribunal (Amendment) Act 2006 , (Establishment Day) Order, 2007

2. The 12th day of September, 2007, is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of section 7(11) of the Hepatitis C Compensation Tribunal Act 1997 (No. 34 of 1997) (as inserted by Section 3 of the Hepatitis C Compensation Tribunal (Amendment) Act, 2006 (No. 22 of 2006)).
