AIR SERVICES AUTHORISATION (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2007

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

�Iris Oifigi�il� of 2nd October, 2007.

I, NOEL DEMPSEY, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 7 of the Air Navigation and Transport Act 1965 (No. 6 of 1965) (as adapted by the Public Enterprise (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2002 ( S.I No. 305 of 2002 )), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Air Services Authorisation (Amendment) Order 2007.

2. Article 4 of the Air Services Authorisation Order 1993 ( S.I. No. 326 of 1993 ) is amended by deleting paragraph (1).
