The Government, on the request of the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism) Order 2007. |
||
|
2. Mr. Frank Lahiffe, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Arts, Sport and Tourism, 23 Kildare Street, Dublin 2 on 5 July 2007, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism with effect from 14 June 2007. |

3. Mr Tom Rowley, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Arts, Sport and Tourism, 23 Kildare Street, Dublin 2 on 9 July 2007, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism with effect from 14 June 2007. |
