The Government, on the request of the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources) Order 2008. |
||
|
2. Bríd McGrath and Morgan Bazilian, particulars of whose addresses have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, are appointed to be Special Advisers to the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources with effect from 7 May 2008. |
||
