APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADVISERS (MINISTER FOR ENTERPRISE, TRADE AND EMPLOYMENT) ORDER 2008 |

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment) Order 2008. |
||
2. Each of the following persons is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment (being the member of the Government standing nominated by the Taoiseach to be the Tánaiste) with effect from 7 May 2008: |
||
(a) Mr. Dermot Murphy, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, 23 Kildare Street, Dublin 2, on 7 May 2008; |
||
(b) Mr. Sean Perry, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, 23 Kildare Street, Dublin 2, on 7 May 2008. |
