Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

The Courts Service, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 26 of the section 43 of the section 16 of the section 29 of the Courts Service Act 1998 (No. 8 of 1998) and after consultation with the President of the District Court, hereby orders the
following:

1. (a) This Order may be cited as the District Court Districts and Areas (Amendment) Order 2008.

|
|
(b) This Order shall come into operation on 1st January 2009.
