The Government, on the request of the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2(1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Arts, Sport and Tourism (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2009. |
||
|
2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism conferred on him by or under the Heritage Fund Act 2001 (No. 44 of 2001) are delegated to Martin Mansergh, Minister of State at the Department of Arts, Sport and Tourism. |
||
