Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

"Iris Oifigiúil" of 23rd April, 2010.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs) Order 2010.

2. The persons mentioned in the Schedule, particulars of whose addresses were deposited at the offices of the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, 43/49 Mespil Road, Dublin 4, on 7 April 2010, are appointed to be Special Advisers to the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs with effect from 7 April 2010.
