Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, MARY HARNEY, Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005 (No. 27 of 2005), hereby make the following order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005 (Commencement) Order 2010.

2. The 3rd day of June 2010 is appointed as the day on which-

(a) Part 3 (other than paragraphs (b) and (e) of subsection (3) of section 27) of, and

(b) Schedule 2 to the Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005 (No. 27 of 2005) come into operation.
