The Government, on the request of the Minister for Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs) Order 2010. |
||
2. Stephen Dineen, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs, 43/49 Mespil Road, Dublin 4, is appointed to be Special Adviser to Mary White, Minister of State at the Department of Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs, with effect from 9 June 2010. |
