I, NOEL DEMPSEY, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 63(1) of the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (No. 15 of 2008), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. (1) This Order may be cited as the National Transport Authority (Extension of Remit) Order 2010. |
||
|
(2) This Order comes into operation on 30th September 2010. |
||
|
2. The functions assigned to the National Transport Authority under section 58 of the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (No. 15 of 2008) are extended generally outside the GDA to all areas of the State. |

This Order extends the remit of the functions assigned to the National Transport Authority under Section 58 of the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (No. 15 of 2008) to cover all areas of the State. The Order comes into operation on 30 September 2010. |
