I, NOEL DEMPSEY, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 of the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (No. 15 of 2008), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (Section 58) (Commencement) Order 2010. |
||
|
2. The day fixed as the day on which section 58 of the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (No. 15 of 2008) comes into operation is 30 September 2010. |
||
