THE GOVERNMENT, on the request of the Minister for Social Protection, and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Social Protection) Order 2010. |
||
|
2. Mr. Pádraic Ó hUiginn, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Social Protection, Áras Mhic Dhiarmada, Store Street, Dublin 1 on 24 March 2010, is appointed as Special Adviser to the Minister for Social Protection with effect from 24 March 2010. |
