The Government, on the request of the Tánaiste and Minister for Education and Skills, and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997) hereby order as follows: |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Tánaiste and Minister for Education and Skills) Order 2010. |
||
2. Each of the following persons is appointed as Special Adviser to the Tánaiste and Minister for Education and Skills with effect from 23 March 2010: |
||
(a) Mr. Dermot Murphy, of the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food; |
||
(b) Mr. Michael Shovlin, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Education and Skills, Marlborough Street, Dublin 1 on 23 March 2010; |
||
(c) Mr. Sean Perry, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Education and Skills, Marlborough Street, Dublin 1 on 23 March 2010. |
||
