I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1(2) of the Credit Institutions (Stabilisation) Act 2010 , hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Credit Institutions (Stabilisation) Act 2010 (Commencement) Order 2010. |
||
|
2. (1) Subject to paragraph (2), the 21st day of December 2010 is appointed as the day on which the Credit Institutions (Stabilisation) Act 2010 comes into operation. |
||
|
(2) Section 59(2) of the Credit Institutions (Stabilisation) Act 2010 comes into operation on the day following the day provided for by paragraph (1). |
||
