(This fee is charged for any attendance on weekends and public holidays) In addition, the applicable fee specified at reference number 1, 2, 5, 6, 9 or 10 in this Part for the subsequent issue of a passport shall be payable. The fee specified at reference number 12 in the First Schedule to the Diplomatic and Consular Fees (Amendment) Regulations 2001 (as amended by the Diplomatic and Consular Fees (Amendment) Regulations 2004) shall not be charged for the issue of a passport in these circumstances

For the issue of an emergency passport to a person under 18 years of age by the relevant Passport Office, diplomatic mission or consular post outside its normal hours of opening.
