The Government, on the request of the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Innovation and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Innovation) Order 2011. |
||
2. Mr. Conor Quinn, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Innovation, 23 Kildare Street, Dublin 2 on 30 March 2011, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Innovation with effect from 30 March 2011. |
