I, RUAIRI QUINN, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 8 of the Student Support Act 2011 (No. 4 of 2011), hereby make the following Regulations: |
||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Student Support (Amendment) Regulations 2011. |
||
2. These Regulations come into operation on 18 July 2011. |
||
3. Schedule 2 to the Student Support Regulations 2011 ( S.I. No. 304 of 2011 ) is amended in Part B thereof where reference is made to All Hallows College, Drumcondra by inserting the following course after "-PhD in Humanities by Research [3 years]": |
||
"-BA (Hons) in Personal and Professional Development". |

These Regulations are an amendment to the existing principal Regulations ( S.I. No. 304 of 2011 ) which prescribe "approved courses" and other matters for the purposes of the Student Support Act 2011 . |

These Regulations may be cited as the Student Support (Amendment) Regulations 2011. |
