Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

"Iris Oifigiúil" of 22nd July, 2011.

I, RUAIRI QUINN, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 8 of the Student Support Act 2011 (No. 4 of 2011), hereby make the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Student Support (Amendment) Regulations 2011.

2. These Regulations come into operation on 18 July 2011.

3. Schedule 2 to the Student Support Regulations 2011 ( S.I. No. 304 of 2011 ) is amended in Part B thereof where reference is made to All Hallows College, Drumcondra by inserting the following course after "-PhD in Humanities by Research [3 years]":

"-BA (Hons) in Personal and Professional Development".

These Regulations are an amendment to the existing principal Regulations ( S.I. No. 304 of 2011 ) which prescribe "approved courses" and other matters for the purposes of the Student Support Act 2011 .

These Regulations may be cited as the Student Support (Amendment) Regulations 2011.
