I, ALAN SHATTER, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) Act 2001 (No. 50 of 2001) (as adapted by the Justice and Law Reform (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 138 of 2011 )), hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) Act 2001 (Commencement) Order 2011. |
||
2. The 1st day of August 2011 is appointed as the day on which section 57 of the Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) Act 2001 (No. 50 of 2001) shall come into operation. |
