The Government, on the request of the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade) Order 2011. |
||
2. Each person mentioned in the Schedule, particulars of each of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade with effect from 10 March 2011. |
