The Government, on the request of the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade) Order 2011. |
||
2. Stephen O'Shea, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, is appointed to be Special Adviser to Lucinda Creighton, Minister of State at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, with effect from 28 November 2011. |
