I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 of the Qualifications and Quality Assurance (Education and Training) Act 2012 (No. 28 of 2012) hereby order as follows: |

|
1. This Order may be cited as the Qualifications and Quality Assurance (Education and Training) Act 2012 (Establishment Day) Order 2012. |
||
|
2. The 6th day of November 2012 is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the Qualifications and Quality Assurance (Education and Training) Act 2012 (No. 28 of 2012). |
