I, RUAIRI QUINN, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 28 of the Student Support Act 2011 (No. 4 of 2011), having consulted with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner, hereby make the following Regulations:- |

Citation and commencement |
||
|
1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Student Support (Amendment of Second Schedule) Regulations 2013. |
||
|
(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on 14 May 2013. |
||
|
2. Schedule 2 of the Student Support Act 2011 (No. 4 of 2011) is amended by inserting the following after “13. A person with whom an awarding authority has an agreement under section 13.”: |
||
|

||
|
|
||
|
